The approval URL will reference the ProcessSubmissionApproval process and updates the status provided by the link in the Submission Received mail merge and sends out either the Submission Approved mail merge or the Submission Rejected Mail Merge.

Navigate to URLs

1. Click Setup in the menu.

2. Click URLs in the sub-menu.

Add the approval URL

1. Click the Add Item button.

2. Type approval in the URL field.

3. Click the lookup icon in the Action field and select ProcessSubmissionApproval (Process).

4. Click the Save button in the form app bar.
