The Authentications view enables you to set up the following for your applications:

Who Can Add, Edit, and Delete Authentications?

Users with the role of Administrator or Control can add and manage authentication records.

1. Select Setup in the menu.

2. Select Authentications in the sub-menu.

If you are logged in as an Administrator user your Setup sub-menu will look like the image below.

The Authentications Form

The following table gives you an overview of the fields on the Authentications form.

Not all fields are visible on the Authentications form to begin with as different Authentication types require different fields.

Allow User CreationIf this is set to true, any user authenticated successfully via the SSO authentication process, will be created automatically into the application.All
