Add Your Privacy Policy

You can add your privacy policy to explain how your organization handles personal information. When you add your privacy policy at the application-level, this will be used for all instances of your application unless you add a privacy policy at the instance-level. A privacy policy added to an instance record will take precedence over the application-level.

To add your privacy policy you need to provide the URL link. The link for the policy will be displayed in the Cookie Settings window before Five's policy as shown in the image below.

Add Privacy Policy

1. Select the application record in the list.

2. Either click the Edit button in the form app bar, or click directly in the Privacy Policy URL field.

3. Add your privacy policy URL link in the Privacy Policy URL field.

4. Click the Save button in the form app bar.

1. Click the Deploy to Development or Run button in the toolbar.

Your privacy policy URL link is displayed in the Cookie Settings window, when a user clicks the link your privacy policy will open in a new browser tab.
