How to Upkeep Your Form Pages

This documentation explains how to upkeep your form pages in Five. The following will occur to your page records when editing and deleting records.

  • Edited page records will be displayed in blue until saved.
  • Records to be deleted will be displayed in yellow until saved.

Edit a Page

  1. Select Forms in the menu.
  2. Select the required form record in the list.
  3. Click the Pages tab.

  1. Select the required page record in the list.

  1. Click the Edit button in the form app bar.

  1. Perform your changes.
  2. Click the Save button in the form app bar.

  1. Click the Save button in the form app bar above the list.

Delete a Page

To have access to the Delete button, the Edit button must first be clicked.


  1. Select Forms in the menu.
  2. Select the required form record in the list.
  3. Click the Pages tab.
  4. Click the Edit button in the form app bar.
  5. Click the Delete button in the form app bar above the list.

Deleting a page record will delete all fields attached to the record.


  1. Click the Save button in the form app bar above the list.

Cancel Changes to a Page

  1. Click the Cancel button in the form app bar.

Cancel Changes in a Field

  1. Click the Cancel button in the respective field and type a new value, or
  2. Use the lookup icon in the respective field and select a new value.
  3. Click the Save button in the form app bar.
  4. Click the Save button in the form app bar above the list.
