Licensing of Five

Five is a licensed product, and before using Five, you will need to obtain a license from Five. To obtain the license, please visit here, and complete the sign up process, upon completing the sign up process, you will receive an email that will contain a licence number you can use to activate your copy of Five.

By default, a normal license will be restricted to a maximum of 5 applications, 10 instances and 1 developer, if you require additional to the default, please contact Sales and you can purchase the right license to suite your requirements.

Activating your Copy of Five

When Five starts for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a serial number. The serial number is obtained through the sign up process with Five, and you should already have received it previously when activating Five locally on your PC or MAC. However, if you are activating the Cloud Edition of Five, you will still need to sign up to Five using the following link here

Once you have activated your copy of Five, depending on the license level you have purchased, you will be restricted to the number of applications, instances and developers you are allowed to have that the licence has been configured to provide.
