Basic Operations in the Form Wizard

The following documentation is to explain the basic operations you will need to know to handle Five's Form Wizard effectively.

Cancel Changes

There are several Cancel buttons throughout the Form Wizard. The following documentation will explain how to cancel and perform changes.

Cancel Changes in the General and Menu Sections

  1. Click the Cancel button in the respective field and type a new value; or

  1. Click the lookup icon in the respective field and select a new option.

Cancel Changes in a Page Record

  1. Click the Cancel button in the Caption field and type a new value; or

  1. Click the lookup icon in the respective field and select a new option.

  1. Click the Cancel button in the Caption field and type a new value; or

  1. Click the lookup icon in the respective field and select a new option; or

  1. Click in the checkbox.

Cancel the Entire Form Wizard

  1. Click the Cancel button in the wizard app bar.

This will remove the entire Form Wizard. Anyting you have configured will be lost.

Remove Records

The following doumentation will explain how to remove a record while in the Form Wizard.

Remove a Page Record

  1. Click the Remove Page button positioned at the end of the row.

Remove a Field Record

  1. Click the Remove Form Field button positioned at the end of the row.

Add New Records

The following documentation will explain how to add a new record while in the Form Wizard.

  1. Click the Add Page button.

  1. Click the Add Field button.

  1. To move forward a page, click the Next button.

  1. To move back a page, click the Previous button.

Reorder Records

The following documentation will explain how to reorder records while in the Form Wizard.

Reorder Page Records

  1. Click and hold your mouse on the handler at the beginning of the row.

  2. Drag the handler to the required position.

  3. Drop the row.

Save the Form Wizard

  1. Click the Save button in the wizard app bar.
