The Named User switch enables only one session per user per device. For example, if you have a user log into your application using a desktop and then they log in from their mobile, they will delivered a message stating 'The user you are trying to sign in with is already signed in. Do you want to end their session and sign in?' The user then will have the option to cancel or sign in. If they sign in the other user's session will end.Set One Active Session
