Quick Operations​

The following is a quick guide for the basic fundamentals when in the Table and Fields Designer.

Add a Table​

  1. Click the Add Table button.

  1. Click a table name.

Remove the Table Selector Dialog Box​

  1. Click outside the the Table Selector Dialog Box.

Position a Table​

  1. Click, hold, and drag the table to the desired position.

  2. Release the table.

Remove a Table​

  1. Click the Cancel button in the header of the table.

Add a Field​

  1. Double click a field name in the table.

Change a Field​

  1. Click the lookup icon in the Field field.

  1. Select a new field name.

Remove a Field​

  1. Click the Cancel button for the table and field selection.

Unshow a Field​

  1. Click the Show checkbox.

Add Criteria to Filter​

  1. Type the clause to filter by in the Criteria field.

Add an AND Condition​

  1. For field one, type a condition in the Criteria field.

  2. For field two, type a condition in the Criteria field.

Add an Or Condition​

  1. Click the Add Or button.

  1. Type the OR condition in the Criteria field.

Remove a Row Holding Criteria​

  1. Click the Cancel button at the beginning of the row.

View the Details of a Relationship​

  1. Click the Cog on the relationship line.

Close the Relationship Dialog Box​

  1. Click the Close button.

Run the Results​

  1. Click the Run button in the Table and Fields Designer app bar.

Remove Fullscreen​

  1. Click the Exit Fullscreen button in the Table and Fields Designer app bar.

Cancel All Changes​

  1. Click the Cancel button in the Table and Fields Designer app bar.
