First Time Logging into Your Five Cloud Account

Overview​


When signing up for Five, you will be asked to choose a site prefix. This prefix will be used to create your development site URL.

For example, if your site prefix is

abccompany
, your development URL will be:
abccompany.5au.dev
.
Important
  • Your site prefix must be unique to Five
  • It can contain a maximum of 12 characters
  • It cannot begin with a number

After submitting the sign-up form, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your development site URL
  • Your username
  • A one-time password

Use the link provided in the email to access your site, then log in using the supplied username and one-time password.

On your first login, you will be required to create a new password. Your password must include:

  • At least one letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol
  • Between 8 and 32 characters

First-Time Login​

When accessing Five for the first time, you will be prompted to accept cookies. Cookies help improve your experience by enabling functionality, remembering preferences, and supporting platform performance. To continue, review the cookie notice and click Accept.

 1. Enter the username and password you received in your welcome email.

2. Click Sign In.

3. You'll be prompted to create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password in the Update Password window.

4. Click Update Password.

On your first login, you'll need to accept Five's Terms of Service to continue. You'll only see this again if the terms are updated.
5. Read through the Terms of Service, then tick the Accept Terms and Conditions checkbox.

6. Click Continue to finish signing in.
