Help for Five

Help on how to use Five is always available if you need it! You can access support in three ways:

Help in Five

The help available in the Five platform is designed to give you a basic overview for your current location.

Help within Five can be accessed in Five's toolbar or for a field. To access the help documentation for the current view you are located in, look for the Help button located in the top-right corner of Five's toolbar. Click the Help button (?) and this will open the documentation.

The help for the view will be available, this can be for a form, wizard, or data view.

As you move through the form using the tabs, once you select a record, the help will change to suit the new view you are positioned on.

To access the help for a field, hover your mouse on the field and you will see the View help button, click this button.

The help for that field will be available.

Online Documentation

Five's comprehensive online help offers you more indepth documentation than the support supplied in Five. Whether you're just getting started or troubleshooting something specific, you'll find detailed training applications, how to guides, step-by-step instructions, API documentation, and answers to common questions.

Visit https://help.five.org/ anytime to explore all our support resources.

Our online documentation can be accessed from in Five, look for the Documentation button located in the top-right corner of Five's toolbar. Click the Documentation button and this will open our online help in a new browser tab for you.

Community Forum

Join the conversation in our community forum! You can post your questions in our forum and look for shared answers, tips, and solutions.

Visit https://www.five.org/ anytime to be involved in our community forum.

Our forum can be accessed from in Five, click the Home breadcrumb located in the top-left corner of Five's toolbar.

Look for the Join Community button located at the bottom of Five's home page, this will open our forum in a new browser tab for you.
